WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

Paper and Clips Co. is excited to announce we offer worldwide shipping. 

WHAT'S THE COST OF SHIPPING?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 CAD within Canada and to United States. Flat rate shipping fee of $5.75 within Canada and $7.75 within US for orders under $50 CAD. Express shipping will be calculated based on the order total and the destination address. 

Orders are shipped out from Toronto, Ontario. 

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?

Orders that require personalization are generally shipped out within 3-5 business days (sooner if possible). 

Party Favor Bags: Orders of 50 bags and more are shipped with tracking. Orders within Canada are shipped via Chit Chats/Canada Post.  Orders within United States are shipped via Chit Chats/USPS. Delivery generally takes 4-10 business days*.

Notepads/Notecards: Orders of 3+ notepads/notecards are shipped via tracking. Orders of 2 or less notepads/notecards are shipped via regular mail, no tracking. 

Stickers: Sticker orders are shipped via regular mail, no tracking. 

For all shipments without tracking, to upgrade to shipment with tracking, please send us a message to upgrade your shipping method prior to placing an order.

Paper and Clips Co. is not responsible for products damaged or lost in the mail. International duties, taxes, and customs fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Arrangements for insurance, signature confirmation, or expedited shipping may be made for an additional fee.
